• Text Data: Text content you select for rewriting is temporarily sent to OpenAI’s GPT API for processing and returned to you in its rewritten form. This data is not stored by us after the session ends.
• Personal Information: We may collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, and payment details when you register or subscribe to our services.
• Usage Data: We may collect technical and behavioral data such as device type, operating system, frequency of use, and request logs to help us monitor performance and improve user experience.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

• Performance of a Contract: To process your text inputs and deliver responses using OpenAI's GPT API.
• Account Management: To create and maintain your account, handle subscriptions, billing, and support requests.
• Improvement & Analytics: To monitor usage patterns and improve the functionality and performance of Sabitok.
• Communication: To send you updates, promotional content, or respond to inquiries, in accordance with your preferences.

3. Sharing of Information

• We do not sell your personal information.
• OpenAI (Third-party Processor): Selected text is sent to OpenAI's API strictly for rewriting purposes.
• Service Providers: We engage reputable third-party providers under strict confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where required by law or regulation.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Text data submitted for rewriting is not stored after the result is returned to you.

We implement appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we take steps to safeguard your data, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
